About Us

Mulani Paan House is a growing specialty food business specializing in authentic Indian street food, premium paan, faluda, and fresh snacks. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and passionate cook to join our team and grow with our business.

Position

Full-Time Cook

Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Indian street food and snacks according to company recipes.

- Prepare and assemble a variety of paan (training provided).

- Prepare premium faluda and specialty beverages.

- Assist with food preparation, ingredient prep, and inventory management.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.

- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

- Assist customers when needed and provide excellent customer service.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Help with receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and keeping the kitchen organized.

Qualifications

- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is preferred.

- Experience with Indian cuisine or Indian street food is a strong asset.

- Willingness to learn the preparation of paan and faluda.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.

- English required. Hindi, Gujarati, or Punjabi is an asset.
