Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled South Indian Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes that delight our guests and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your expertise in traditional recipes, food handling, and kitchen management will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience. Duties

  • Prepare and cook authentic South IndianVegetarian and Non-vegetarian dishes with precision and passion
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations
  • Manage food inventory, ensure proper food handling procedures, and minimize waste
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Serve dishes with professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

Experience

  • Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or similar culinary role within the food industry or restaurant environment
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
  • Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine recipes and traditional cooking methods
  • Familiarity with food service procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
