Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire de service traiteur organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour superviser et coordonner les activités de traiteur de notre restaurant de cuisine indienne et pakistanaise. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) sera responsable de la planification des événements, de la gestion des équipes (cuisine et service), et du maintien de standards élevés de qualité alimentaire et de satisfaction de la clientèle.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Planifier, organiser et gérer les événements de traiteur (mariages, événements corporatifs, fêtes privées)
  • Élaborer des menus adaptés aux besoins des clients, mettant en valeur la cuisine indienne et pakistanaise
  • Superviser le personnel de cuisine et l’équipe de traiteur afin d’assurer une préparation et une livraison efficaces
  • Collaborer avec les chefs pour garantir la qualité, la constance et la présentation des plats
  • Gérer la logistique des événements (personnel, transport, installation et démontage)
  • Communiquer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, leur budget et leurs attentes
  • Préparer les soumissions, contrats et estimations de coûts
  • Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Gérer les inventaires et l’approvisionnement, incluant les ingrédients spécialisés
  • Contrôler les coûts, gérer les budgets et assurer la rentabilité des événements
  • Recruter, former et planifier le personnel (serveurs et personnel de cuisine)
  • Superviser les événements sur place et résoudre les problèmes en temps réel
  • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs

Qualifications :

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que gestionnaire de service traiteur ou poste similaire
  • Bonne connaissance de la cuisine indienne et pakistanaise
  • Expérience en gestion du personnel de cuisine et de la production alimentaire à grande échelle
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs événements simultanément
  • Solides aptitudes en communication et service à la clientèle
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter des échéanciers serrés
  • Connaissance des normes de salubrité alimentaire
  • Expérience en gestion des coûts et des budgets

Compétences souhaitées :

  • Expérience en planification d’événements
  • Leadership et gestion d’équipe
  • Sens du détail et souci de la qualité

The ideal candidate will manage event planning, supervise kitchen and service staff for off-site and on-site catering, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all catering events (weddings, corporate functions, private parties)
  • Coordinate menus featuring authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine based on client needs and event type
  • Supervise kitchen staff and catering team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Work closely with chefs to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Manage event logistics including staffing, transportation, setup, and breakdown
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and expectations
  • Prepare catering proposals, contracts, and pricing estimates
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed during preparation and service
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of ingredients, including specialty spices and supplies
  • Manage catering budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability
  • Train and schedule catering staff, including servers and kitchen personnel
  • Handle on-site event supervision and resolve any issues in real time
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Pakistani cuisine
