One of Whistler's busiest and most exciting Japanese restaurant is looking for a new Front of House Leader!

We looking for a great manager to join our fun and energetic team. The right candidate will be the leader for the front of house. Coordinating and optimizing front and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure the smooth daily running of the business. Applicants should have a strong background in hospitality and experience in a leadership role. A passion for Japanese culture and cuisine required. The role offers a competitive wage, great perks and ski time, as well as performance based incentives. We are also able and willing to support the right candidate in visa and PR applications.

Duties include:

  • Hiring, training and scheduling staff.
  • Ordering liquor and supplies in accordance to varying business levels
  • Creating and executing an exciting drinks menu
  • Insure all practices are in accordance to BC food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Controlling labour and liquor cost to meet targets

Required experience:

  • Minimum 1 years management experience
  • A passion for Japanese cuisine and culture
