Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes that delight our guests and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, ensuring authentic taste and presentation.
  • Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Serve dishes promptly while ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
  • Follow all food handling protocols to guarantee freshness, safety, and hygiene.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering ingredients as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences to guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Experience in food handling, safety procedures, and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional attitude towards guests.
  • Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of meal preparation processes and food safety regulations is essential for success in this role.
