Award winning and Michelin recommended PiDGiN is looking for motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Chef de Partie at PiDGiN, you will be responsible for running a specific section of our kitchen, demonstrating expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and maintaining our high standards. Working in our dynamic kitchen environment, you will have the opportunity to learn Pan Asian cooking methods while applying French culinary techniques. Your attention to detail and passion for exceptional food will contribute directly to our Michelin-recommended dining experience. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within our established team and the chance to develop your skills under experienced leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and execute all dishes for your assigned station

- Maintain consistency and quality standards for all menu items

- Learn and implement Pan Asian cooking techniques and flavor profiles

- Prepare mise en place and ensure station organization

- Support team during busy service periods

- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

- Assist with inventory management and cost control

- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years experience as Chef de Partie or strong line cook in fine dining

- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

- Interest in learning Southeast Asian cuisine techniques

- Strong knife skills and cooking fundamentals

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Team player with positive attitude

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
