Full job description

· Looking for a Senior Indian Chef, who has 3 to 5 years’ experience

· Must be very good with tandoor, knows his recipes well

· Train new staff members to perform duties in the kitchen

· Supervise and provide directions to the team members

· Manage day to day kitchen duties, do scheduling, labor management and managing labour cost to bring down the expense.

· Must be a excellent team player and carry proper food safety certificate

· Prepare food, portioning, ordering grocery items, control inventory

· Making sure the kitchen is very clean and safety and sanitizing procedures are followed to keep stations clean and sanitized.

· We will provide very good benefit package for a long time committed Chef

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $52,216.00-$80,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Culinary: 1 year (preferred)
  • Chef: 3 years (preferred)
