Position Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef who can craft authentic vegetarian dishes with traditional techniques and original flavours. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a South Indian Chef, or Specialty Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
  • In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques (especially dosa batter fermentation, sambar preparation, etc.).
  • Ability to handle dosa tawa operations and multitask during busy service hours.
  • Strong sense of taste, aroma, and presentation.
