Location: Guelph, ON

Pay: Upto $21h/ (Based on experience)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cook specializing in Indian and Pakistani cuisine with minimum 2 years of experience to join our Banquet Hall. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing authentic curries, biryanis, BBQ items, and traditional breads such as naan, roti, and paratha.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Schedule

  • On-Call
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Compensation

  • Competitive base pay (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Prepare a variety of curries, biryanis, kebabs, tandoori specialties, and vegetarian dishes.
  • Prepare and bake traditional breads including naan, roti, paratha, and kulcha.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience preparing Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Experience preparing curries, tandoori dishes, BBQ items, rice dishes, and fresh breads.
  • Preferred Experience in preparing Chicken & Mutton dishes, Biryani, BBQ Kababs, Naan, Roti, Paratha, and Kulcha
