Job Requirements:

South Indian Cuisine Cook must have knowlege of and 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience working in preparing South Indian Cuisine items.
Candidate must have the ability to work independantly without supervision, must be able to plan menus, oversee buffett, and prepare individual, complete and special dishes on menu.
Salary $22.50 per hour + benefits.
Minimum 40 hours per week, must be available to work on shifts.
