We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats within a team-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Operations Support

  • Coordinate and assign daily routes, loads, and driver schedules.
  • Monitor fleet movement and provide real-time support to drivers.
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service accuracy.
  • Maintain dispatch records, trip documentation, and tracking systems.

Health & Safety

  • Support the development and maintenance of company safety programs and compliance requirements.
  • Track and document driver training, certifications, and safety audits.
  • Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action procedures.

Human Resources

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and support ongoing HR processes.
  • Help facilitate company policies, performance management tracking, and workforce compliance.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide general office support, including document management, data entry, and communication handling.
  • Assist management with scheduling, reporting, and operational planning.
  • Support accounting tasks such as basic invoicing, payroll prep, and file organization (as needed).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in common Office 365 programs
