Position Summary
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring support with plumbing parts, installations, and after-sales service. This role requires strong technical knowledge of plumbing components, the ability to troubleshoot installation issues, and a customer-first mindset to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will support both functional and decorative plumbing product lines, ensuring accurate guidance and timely issue resolution.

What you will do:

Knowledge of plumbing parts and service is required
-
Records and processes inquiries received by mail, telephone and/or through personal customer contact.

Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
What you will bring:

Knowledge of plumbing parts and service is required

Strong knowledge of plumbing parts, systems, and installation processes
-
Experience supporting finished goods, including decorative plumbing products (faucets, fixtures, trims, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts breakdowns, and component diagrams
-
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
-
Proven experience in developing innovative Customer Service initiatives

Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with customers

Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment

Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
Shift: Monday - Friday and working every other Saturday OR Tuesday to Saturday.
Vacancy Status: Existing position
Compensation: 50-55k (Salary + 4% PSP)
Please note: The total compensation range posted for this role represents the total compensation opportunity, which may include base wage, bonuses, commissions, and/or other monetary components, if applicable. Placement in the range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, candidate experience, skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
