Cleaner (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities)

Locations: Kensington, New London, Cavendish, Darnley, North Rustico, Rustico, Brackley Beach Area

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Red Sands is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. We service a portfolio of vacation rentals, residential homes, and commercial properties across Prince Edward Island.

What You’ll Do

  • Clean and maintain vacation rentals, residential properties, and commercial spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of assigned properties
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
  • Change bed linens and manage laundry requirements for vacation rental properties
  • Restock supplies and report inventory needs
  • Remove garbage and dispose of waste properly
  • Ensure every property meets Red Sands’ high standards before guest arrivals or client inspections
  • Report maintenance concerns or property issues when identified
  • Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset but is not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned service area (mileage reimbursed)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
