Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems across various departments in our business . This role is vital in ensuring seamless implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation. Duties

  • Lead end-to-end ERP system implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Customize ERP modules to align with organizational workflows, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
  • Armada will be modernizing its ERP system as it migrates to DelmiaWorks (also known as IQMS)
  • Spend time in production scheduling, material control and outside processes, customer service and on the production floor to fully understand Armada's current operations and systems.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Act as primary point of contact with ERP software vendors, implementation partners and consultants.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
  • Ensure security, integrity, and accuracy or ERP Master data.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
