Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Immigration Consultant (RCIC) who is fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating immigration processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of immigration laws and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. As an RCIC, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their immigration goals with professionalism and integrity.

Duties

  • Assist clients with completing immigration applications and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert advice on immigration options, eligibility criteria, and legal requirements
  • Stay current on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Prepare and submit applications to relevant authorities on behalf of clients
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update them on application status and answer inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation
  • Collaborate with legal professionals and government agencies as needed
  • Ensure all client files are maintained in accordance with regulatory standards and confidentiality protocols
  • Increase clients based

Qualifications

  • Valid license as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
  • Proven experience in immigration consulting or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications for case management and documentation
  • Certification or training in immigration law or related areas is a plus

Pay: $35,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
