  • Ensure solution compatibility, interoperability, security, and compliance with architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and data teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and technical leadership during implementation and deployment activities.
  • Find opportunities to improve processes, simplify technology landscapes, and drive innovation.
  • Support architecture governance activities and contribute to technology roadmaps.
  • Coach and share expertise with colleagues and project teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Design, or related technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, systems integration, cloud technologies, and enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple platforms and business domains.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical designs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional stakeholders and external technology partners.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder leadership skills.
  • Experience working in agile and project-based environments is considered an asset.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Leads architecture activities across medium to large-scale initiatives.
  • Provides technical guidance to project teams and junior colleagues.
  • Influences solution decisions across multiple technology domains and business functions.
  • Supports architecture governance, technology standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
