Nos solutions sont utilisées dans de nombreux secteurs : industriel, immobilier, pharmaceutique, bancaire, hospitalier, sécurité publique, etc.

Description des tâches

Sous la supervision de la direction, vous serez responsable de :

  • Préparer la paie et assurer l’exactitude des informations et des échéances ;
  • Préparer les propositions clients et en effectuer le suivi ;
  • Émettre la facturation clients et réaliser le suivi des comptes recevables ;
  • Traiter le paiement des factures et effectuer les dépôts bancaires ;
  • Assurer le suivi des ententes de service ;
  • Maintenir à jour les portails de conformité de l’entreprise ;
  • Gérer les comptes fournisseurs, dépenses et paiements ;
  • Recevoir et traiter les bons de livraison et bons de commande ;
  • Assurer l’administration générale du bureau (accueil, approvisionnements, courriels, coordination) ;
  • Gérer le classement et les archives (papier et numérique) ;
  • Réception et envoi de colis ;
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe pour soutenir les opérations.

Compétences requises

  • Idéalement 2 ans d’expérience comme adjoint(e) administratif(ve) ;
  • Parfaitement bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit) ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ;
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation, rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail ;
  • DEP en secrétariat ou DEC en administration (ou équivalent).

Conditions & organisation du travail

  • Hybride : combinaison télétravail / présentiel (Rive‑Sud de Montréal) ;

About Controlperfect

Controlperfect provides a modular software suite for security and inspection management (e.g., Reportperfect, Tourperfect, Visitorperfect). Our solutions are used across multiple industries, including industrial, real estate, pharmaceutical, banking, hospital, and public safety.

Responsibilities

Reporting to management, you will:

  • Prepare payroll and ensure accuracy and deadlines;
  • Prepare client proposals and manage follow‑ups;
  • Issue client invoices and follow up on accounts receivable;
  • Process supplier invoice payments and perform bank deposits;
  • Track service agreements and related deadlines;
  • Keep compliance portals up to date;
  • Manage accounts payable, expenses, and payments;
  • Receive and process delivery slips and purchase orders;
  • Oversee general office administration (front desk, supplies, email, coordination);
  • Handle filing and archiving (paper and digital);
  • Receive and ship parcels;
  • Perform other related duties to support operations.

Required qualifications

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant;
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English (spoken and written);
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and rigor;
  • DEP in Secretarial Studies or DEC in Administration (or equivalent).

Work arrangement

  • Hybrid work model (remote + on‑site on Montreal’s South Shore);
  • Part‑time (3 days/week) or full‑time options;
  • Collaborative environment within a growing tech SME.
