Maintenance Crew Member Job Opportunity

Company: Edwards & Sons Complete Property Maintenance Inc.

About Us

Edwards & Sons Complete Property Maintenance Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, mature individuals to join our dynamic Maintenance Crew! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping properties clean and well-kept, and have experience or passion in landscaping or horticulture, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, trimming, litter pickup, and removal.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, grandstands, walk-behind mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and power edgers (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Maintain commercial and residential properties to the highest standards.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure properties remain in top condition.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Experience with lawn care equipment and property maintenance is an asset but not required. We will provide training for individuals willing to learn.
  • Previous experience working on commercial or residential properties is a plus.
  • A customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team or independently
  • A valid “G” driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (preferred)
  • Candidates without a driver’s license must have access to public transit as we are located on a bus route
