Job Description
The Presentation Designer, Medical creates high-quality presentations and documents that communicate complex scientific and healthcare information with clarity, consistency, and precision. This role supports Market Access, Medical Communications, and broader Medical teams by producing polished, template-driven materials that meet client, brand, and regulatory expectations. Working closely with medical writers, strategists, and account teams, this role ensures deliverables are visually accurate, production-ready, and delivered on time.
What You'll Do
- Create and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting documents using established templates and brand guidelines for Medical Communications and Market Access projects
- Translate scientific and medical content into clean, accurate, and easy-to-navigate presentation layouts while maintaining consistency across deliverables
- Partner with Medical Writers, Strategists, and Client Services teams to produce presentation materials that support client meetings, workshops, advisory boards, and medical education initiatives
- Apply strong typography, layout, formatting, and accessibility best practices while ensuring presentations meet quality, compliance, and production standards
- Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience creating presentation materials, production design, or document formatting in PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates, formatting, charts, tables, and presentation production
- Experience producing presentation decks from established templates while maintaining visual consistency, brand standards, and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately format complex scientific, medical, or technical content into polished presentation materials while managing multiple concurrent deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating presentation design, document production, or information layout with strong examples of PowerPoint work
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
- Experience supporting Medical Communications, Market Access, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences teams
- Experience working with medical, scientific, or technical subject matter in presentation materials
- Working knowledge of typography, accessibility, and information hierarchy for presentation design
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Medical Writers, Strategists, Account teams, and Project Managers
- Familiarity with InDesign

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.
This role offers a base salary of CAD $70,000 - $80,000 with the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation based on team, company, and/or individual performance.
