About us

Our office is a small, yet busy office located in Surrey, BC. We are professional, always striving to make the customer experience better and aim to provide quality services. We are looking to add another friendly, approachable team member to the roster.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conveyancer. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, be able to work independently, and be able to complete a conveyancing file from start to finish with minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role.

This is an in-house position NOT remote.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting client intake
  • Day-to-day conveyancing of sales, refinances and purchases.
  • Reviewing and analyzing real estate contracts
  • Communicating with sellers and buyers of properties for sale and/or purchase
  • Preparing files for signing, registration and reporting.
  • Ability to multi task and work in a high pace environment
  • Providing support to the team as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the following skills: Real Estate, Property Management, ProSuite and Trust Accounting. Real Estate knowledge is required. Knowledge of Google Applications and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
