Nexicom Systems is looking for a Business System Specialist.

Position Overview: *

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating data within Sage 300 and related systems, including customers, items, pricing, and vendors
  • Analyze data outputs to identify variances, trends or anomalies
  • First point of contact for changes/updates/troubleshooting of Inventory Management System ( Sage 300)
  • Responsible for purchase clearing and entering vendor invoices
  • Monitoring vendors to ensure accurate rebates from point of sale
  • Create and maintain system reports for a number of departments

Education: Two- or three-year college diplomas in Business, Data Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.

Computer Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite of Products, and Inventory Management Systems (ERP), Accounting software. Sage 300 an asset.

Experience: Five plus years of business experience involving, inventory, data base management and accounting.

Condition of Employment:As a condition of employment and in order to comply with industry related data security standards, this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.

Pay: $21.50-$29.00 per hour
