Microsoft 365 Security Administrator (Network Infrastructure Support)

Dartmouth, NS (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Client Coverage: North America

Turple Communications Inc. is a growing network solutions and managed IT services provider supporting clients across North America. We’re looking for a client-focused professional with strong Microsoft 365 (O365) and cybersecurity expertise, along with solid network infrastructure experience, to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Primary – Microsoft 365 & Cybersecurity

  • Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Administer security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents using Microsoft Defender and related tools
  • Advise clients on cybersecurity best practices, risk mitigation, and improvements
  • Support cloud security, compliance, and data protection initiatives

Secondary – Network Infrastructure

  • Design, deploy, and support secure network and hybrid cloud environments
  • Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, switching/routing, and wireless networks
  • Assist with troubleshooting, escalations, and infrastructure optimization
  • Support client projects, deployments, and migrations (Tier 2/3)

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure, MSP, or consulting environments
  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and cybersecurity
  • Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, routing/switching)
  • Experience with hybrid environments and cloud integrations
  • Excellent troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Security+, CCNA)
  • Experience with Microsoft security stack (Defender, Purview, Intune)
  • PowerShell or automation skills

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Ability to support clients across multiple time zones
  • Flexibility to travel periodically to support infrastructure deployments and maintenance
