RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES


  • Aider l’administrateur de systèmes à gérer les contrôleurs de domaine (gestion des comptes, groupes, mises-à-jour des serveurs, GPOS, etc.);
  • Aider l’administrateur de système à gérer Microsoft 365;
  • Offrir le support informatique nécessaire aux usagers au niveau des logiciels et de l’équipement informatique et réseau de l’entreprise;
  • Assurer l’installation et le bon fonctionnement des équipements;
  • Traiter les demandes de service entrante à l’aide d’un système de billets;
  • Fournir un support au niveau des serveurs et postes de travail;
  • Effectuer la gestion de l’inventaire informatique et des licences;
  • Effectuer des réparations physiques sur les équipements;


PROFIL RECHERCHÉ


  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiale (DEC) ou professionnel (DEP) en informatique ou équivalent;
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience comme technicien N2-3;
  • Bon communicateur, orienté vers le service à la clientèle (interne);
  • Maîtrise de la suite bureautique Microsoft Office;
  • Connaissance des technologies Microsoft (Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, IIS);
  • Connaissance des principes de réseautique d’entreprise de base;
  • Connaissance d’Active directory;
  • Maîtrise de postes de travail Windows 10 et 11;
  • Connaissance des serveurs d’impression;
  • Connaissance dans l’installation et le maintien de serveurs physiques et virtuels sous VMWare (vSphere et vCenter);
  • Connaissance en réseautique (Adressage IP, Switch, vlan, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius);
  • Connaissance des Desktops et serveurs HP (un atout);
  • Connaissance des technologies de virtualisation de postes de travail VMWare Horizon - VDI (un atout);
  • Être proactif dans son travail;
  • Anglais fonctionnel (communication verbale ou écrite de base au besoin);
  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide.


HORAIRE DE TRAVAIL


  • Lundi au vendredi de 8 h à 17 h.Travail 100% en présentiel.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist the system administrator in managing domain controllers (account management, groups, server updates, GPOs, etc.)


  • Assist the system administrator in managing Microsoft 365


  • Provide users with IT support related to software, computer equipment, and the company’s network


  • Ensure installation and proper functioning of equipment


  • Handle incoming service requests using a ticketing system


  • Provide support for servers and workstations


  • Manage IT inventory and software licenses


  • Perform physical repairs on equipment


PROFILE SOUGHT


  • College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in IT, or equivalent


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Level 2–3 technician


  • Strong communication skills and customer-service oriented (internal clients)


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite


  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, IIS)


  • Understanding of basic enterprise networking principles


  • Knowledge of Active Directory


  • Proficient with Windows 10 and 11 workstations


  • Knowledge of print servers


  • Experience installing and maintaining physical and virtual servers using VMWare (vSphere and vCenter)


  • Knowledge of networking (IP addressing, switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius)


  • Knowledge of HP desktops and servers (an asset)


  • Knowledge of VMWare Horizon – VDI desktop virtualization technologies (an asset)


  • Proactive work approach


  • Functional English (basic verbal or written communication when needed)


  • Valid driver’s license required


WORK SCHEDULE


  • Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 100% on-site work.
