Job Description

For our continuously growing business, we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to be based at our Mississauga office. This role is a responsible fordriving the implementation of AI capabilities across the business scenarios, with a primary focus on marketing, sales, and related business functions. This role will develop a deep understanding of business processes, pain points, and objectives, and will analyze and design AI solutions by leveraging AI capabilities such as LLMs, Agents, BI, and other tools. The role will promote the practical application of AI in business operations to improve efficiency and support digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Business Scenario Identification and Requirements Analysis

• Gain an in-depth understanding of business processes and scenarios in marketing, sales, and other areas
• Proactively identify efficiency pain points, repetitive tasks, and management challenges within the business
• Analyze which business scenarios are suitable for optimization through AI
• Communicate with business departments to gather requirements and translate business problems into AI application requirements
• Evaluate the priority and feasibility of AI applications from a business value perspective

2. AI Solution Analysis and Implementation Support

• Design business solutions by leveraging AI capabilities, including LLMs, Agents, BI, and other external capabilities
• Coordinate with headquarters AI teams, IT teams, and external vendors to drive AI solution implementation
• Promote the integration of AI tools with existing business systems, such as SF/CRM, SAP, TMS, OMS, BI, and Office
• Assist in developing AI application processes, business rules, and usage guidelines
• Track AI project implementation progress and business outcomes

3. AI Business Promotion and Adoption

• Drive business departments to use AI tools and applications in daily operations
• Collect feedback from business users and continuously optimize AI application solutions
• Organize AI application training, experience-sharing sessions, and best-practice promotion
• Promote the replication and rollout of successful AI use cases across the region
• Assist in building a regional AI use case library and knowledge base

4. AI Value Management and Effectiveness Evaluation

• Evaluate the business value of AI projects, including efficiency, cost, and quality improvements
• Track AI application ROI and actual usage
• Analyze the impact of AI applications on business efficiency, expenses, and management improvement
• Prepare AI application promotion reports and management analysis

5. AI Resource Coordination and Management

• Coordinate AI platforms, models, accounts, and related resources from headquarters
• Manage AI tool access permissions and usage standards
• Track industry AI trends and analyze business application opportunities
• Coordinate AI-related communication and resource support between headquarters and the region

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Preferred majors include Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, in digital transformation, IT business support, or product-related roles
• Experience with AI, BI, or digitalization projects is preferred
• Experience in marketing, sales, or related business areas is preferred
• Experience driving cross-functional projects is preferred
• Experience working in a multinational company is preferred
