- Maintain underwriting guidelines, product documentation, and related materials.
- Manage the intake and tracking of Product & Pricing initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects.
Requirements for the successful candidate:
- Business Analyst diploma or degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical business solutions.
- Strong insurance industry experience, with knowledge of underwriting and product development is a significant asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with experience working across multiple departments.
- Exceptional Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
Rewards & Benefits:
- 1-Year Full-Time Contract position
- Competitive compensation and Contractor benefits program
- Flexible, people-oriented working environment with hybrid work options
- Opportunities to collaborate across multiple areas of the business
- Meaningful work that directly supports product innovation, underwriting performance, and our local communities
