  • Maintain underwriting guidelines, product documentation, and related materials.
  • Manage the intake and tracking of Product & Pricing initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects.

Requirements for the successful candidate:

  • Business Analyst diploma or degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical business solutions.
  • Strong insurance industry experience, with knowledge of underwriting and product development is a significant asset.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with experience working across multiple departments.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement

Rewards & Benefits:

  • 1-Year Full-Time Contract position
  • Competitive compensation and Contractor benefits program
  • Flexible, people-oriented working environment with hybrid work options
  • Opportunities to collaborate across multiple areas of the business
  • Meaningful work that directly supports product innovation, underwriting performance, and our local communities
