AJ Sports is an established sports memorabilia and marketing company looking for an E-Commerce, AI & IT Coordinator to work directly with the President across our e-commerce, product and technical operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is technically strong, organized and comfortable wearing different hats. You'll work with product data, online marketplaces, auctions, internal systems and AI tools while also supporting the day-to-day operations of a sports memorabilia business.
We're looking for someone who can not only use AI effectively, but also identify where AI and automation can improve how we work across the company.
What You'll Do
E-Commerce:
- Manage product data in Shopify and Excel
- Manage products on sites such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Best Buy
- Manage CSV imports/exports and review product data for errors
- Support team with technical systems for shipping, HS codes, etc
- Manage registration for bar codes.
- Support recurring NHL and memorabilia auctions.
- Maintain authentication and hologram records.
- Assist with athlete signings and merchandise preparation
AI Automation
- Use AI to improve product descriptions, data cleanup, research, documentation and other daily tasks
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI throughout AJ Sports
- Help automate repetitive administrative and e-commerce processes
- Improve existing Excel/VBA and digital workflows
- Troubleshoot internal systems and provide general IT support
- Document processes and recommend more efficient ways of working
IT Support:
- Support team with technical support and liaise with IT provider.
- Set up computers, emails, troubleshooting
- First point of contact for staff tech issues including computers, printers, phones, logins, software
- Set up and configure new workstations, accounts and equipment for staff
- Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi and connectivity problems
- Install, update and maintain software and operating systems
- Manage and troubleshoot printers, scanners and barcode equipment
- Ensure data backups are running and files are organized and secure
- Research and recommend new tools, equipment or upgrades
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Experience with Shopify environment.
- Expert Microsoft skills, including large datasets and CSV files.
- Ability to apply AI tools as they grow to to real business problems
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organized and proactive
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
- Able to learn unfamiliar software quickly
Strong Assets
An interest in NHL hockey, sports memorabilia, trading cards and autographs is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
