Full job description

Canada Security Group is a growing security and technology integrator serving commercial, industrial, and condominium clients across the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in access control, CCTV, automatic doors, intercom systems, and integrated security solutions.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Security Systems Technician to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of access control systems, CCTV systems, intercoms, and automatic doors
  • Programming and commissioning of security systems and devices
  • Installation of low-voltage cabling, conduits, and related infrastructure
  • Network setup and basic troubleshooting for IP-based security systems
  • System testing, commissioning, and client training
  • Preventive maintenance and emergency service calls as required

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with security systems installation and service in Canada
  • Experience with access control platforms including ICT/Protege, Keyscan, Kantech, RBH, and Condoplex
  • Experience with CCTV and IP camera systems
  • Working knowledge of networking and Microsoft Windows environments
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
  • English communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25-45/hour + overtime
