About the Role
We are looking for motivated, recently graduated candidates to join our digital transformation team as Associate Consultants — SAP S/4HANA under the LGS-IBM 2027 Programme. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about ERP systems, business processes, and SAP technologies, who want to launch a rewarding career in a dynamic environment.
You will work alongside experienced consultants on SAP S/4HANA deployment, configuration, and support projects, rapidly developing your technical and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business requirements analysis and drafting of functional specifications
• Contribute to the configuration and testing of assigned SAP S/4HANA modules
• Support data migration activities (extraction, transformation, loading)
• Assist in writing technical and end-user documentation
• Participate in end-user training workshops
• Support teams during user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live phases
• Provide first-level post-deployment support
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams in Agile or waterfall environments

Candidate Profile

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field
• Any SAP certification (SAP Certified Associate) is a significant asset

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships, academic projects, and personal projects are considered)
• Exposure to SAP through coursework, simulations, or sandbox environments is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.)
• Ability to work with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in cloud technologies, automation, and system integration

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn continuously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
• Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment
• Autonomy, rigour, and organizational skills
