Duties

• Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with seating arrangements
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and clear communication to handle inquiries and reservations
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Support team members during busy hours to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
• Strong guest services skills with a positive, energetic demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
