Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated head cook and assistant cook to oversee and support daily operations within our food service establishment. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in food preparation, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. These roles are vital in ensuring smooth kitchen functions, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. Both positions are paid and offer opportunities for professional growth within the food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and food service
  • Oversee food handling, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
  • Coordinate food safety practices, including proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
  • Assist in meal planning and preparation for various menu items
