  • 3+ years of hands-on industry experience.

Your Day-to-Day

As an Instructor, you will be guiding students through every step of their hairstyling journey:

  • Inspiring students with MC College’s mission:

  • Teaching both theory and hands-on practical skills
  • Instruct using a well‑researched and structured curriculum
  • Coaching students on salon simulation, client care, sales, self‑marketing, and how to build a loyal clientele
