Inertia Hydrovac strives for excellence supplying our customers with a variety of services including Hydrovac, Straight Vac and Rock Slinger. We are focused on providing our customers with industry-leading service and safety standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at work fit for duty and be punctual for every shift.
  • Pre and Post trip the truck before each job.
  • Participate in site hazard assessments and all other daily paperwork.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards on site, in the shop, and equipment.
  • Drive hydrovac to site and operate it throughout the job.
  • Complete all assigned jobs with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ensure that the work site/area is secure and safe, including set up and tear down of related equipment.
  • Maintain communication with the customer, swamper, and management as required.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
  • Assist in all other required duties.

Qualifications & Prerequisites:

  • Valid class 1 or 3 license.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Arrive at work fit for duty and be punctual for every shift.
  • First Aid & CPR Level C with AED is required (can be taken before your first shift).
  • Confined Space Entry & Rescue, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level II and Fall -Protection are assets.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends and emergency call-outs as required.
  • Previous experience in industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Reliable transportation to work is required.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
