CCTV Operator – Sewer & Drain Inspection

About Us

Aqua Fast Flush Ltd. is a growing infrastructure maintenance company specializing in hydro excavation, sewer cleaning, and underground pipeline inspection services. We work with municipalities, commercial facilities, and industrial clients across the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for a CCTV Operator who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and interested in building a long-term career in underground infrastructure inspection.

Position Overview

The CCTV Operator is responsible for operating specialized robotic camera equipment to inspect sewer and stormwater pipelines. The role involves identifying defects, documenting conditions, and producing detailed reports used by municipalities and contractors for maintenance and repair planning.

This position requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in field environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV sewer inspection equipment and robotic crawler cameras
• Conduct pipeline inspections for sanitary, storm, and industrial sewer systems
• Identify and document pipe defects, blockages, infiltration, and structural issues
• Produce accurate digital inspection reports and video documentation
• Maintain and clean CCTV equipment and inspection vehicles
• Work with field crews during sewer cleaning and maintenance operations
• Follow company and regulatory safety procedures at all times
• Communicate inspection findings with supervisors and project managers
• Assist with job site setup including traffic control and confined space preparation when required

Qualifications

• Experience operating CCTV sewer inspection equipment preferred
• PACP certification considered a strong asset (training may be provided)
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license (DZ license considered an asset)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with technical equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Ability to work early mornings and occasional overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sewer cleaning or underground infrastructure maintenance
• Familiarity with inspection software (CTSpec.)
• Knowledge of municipal sewer systems
• Understanding of confined space and health & safety regulations

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Early morning starts
• Overtime available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
