Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS when applicable
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and service
• Assist with Dishes
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation protocols
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong foundation in customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving, food preparation, or hospitality is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
