Sales & People Operations CoordinatorPosition Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Sales & People Operations Coordinator to support both business growth and employee success. This role combines sales operations, business development, recruitment, onboarding, and team administration to ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and employees.

You will play a key role in generating new opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline, and creating a positive and organized employee experience as the company continues to grow.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations

  • Research and identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
  • Support outbound prospecting and lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and pipeline visibility.
  • Prepare proposals, agreements, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and opportunity progression.
  • Manage renewals and recurring client opportunities.
  • Support client communications and post-event follow-up.
  • Produce sales and pipeline reporting for leadership.

People Operations

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
  • Track PTO, benefits, and employee records.
