  • Providing insights and recommendations to leadership based on HR data and trends
  • Building strong relationships with frontline teams to stay connected to workforce challenges and opportunities
  • Advising on employment contracts, policy interpretation and terms of employment
  • Supporting the development, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and business improvement initiatives
  • Delivering HR training and coaching to leaders to build capability and promote best-practice people management
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that support continuous improvement across the business

What We're Looking For:

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and can balance being approachable with providing clear, pragmatic advice. You’ll need to be:

  • A qualified HR professional (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar required)
  • Experienced in HR advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within a fast-moving operational environment
  • Confident navigating Canadian employment legislation (knowledge of US HR legislation is an asset)
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance management, disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigation processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence, build trust, and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Flexible and adaptable – comfortable working with evolving processes in a high-growth environment

Why Join Mader Group?
