House Cleaner

All About Details Cleaning is a family-owned house cleaning company in Kelowna. We work in teams of 3 and take pride in providing quality service.

We are currently seeking reliable, full-time, permanent House Cleaners to join our team.

At this time, all summer student positions have been filled. We may consider student applications for future openings that offer full-time work during the summer months with the possibility of continuing part-time throughout the year (2–3 days per week).

This role is a great fit for people who enjoy active, hands-on work and are comfortable in a dynamic environment.

We offer an hourly wage of $19.50–$22.00 as an employee.

Schedule & Availability

  • Monday to Friday
  • Employees must be available between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Start and end times vary depending on daily operational needs
  • Shift lengths and schedules may change throughout the day
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be available on a voluntary basis

What We Offer

  • Company vehicle provided (no personal vehicle or fuel required)
  • Paid travel time between job sites (many companies only pay for the time spent inside clients’ homes)
  • Overtime pay where applicable
  • Optional use of personal vehicle if preferred

  • Team-based work environment (team of 3 cleaners)

Transportation & Driving

  • Must have Class 5 Driver's License
  • Must have reliable transportation to the office
  • Must be willing and able to drive a company vehicle to drive team members to job sites as part of the role

Qualifications

  • Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable
  • Previous cleaning or related experience is an asset
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check (required upon hiring)
  • Physically able to perform active cleaning work throughout the day
  • Comfortable with repetitive movements and physical activity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets (dogs, cats, and other animals)

Benefits & Extras

  • $100 monthly bonus draw
  • Benefits available after 12 months
