Full job description

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in cleaning within hospitality or industrial settings. Prior hotel or custodial experience is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where cleanliness and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, toilets, and mirrors
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces regularly
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures during cleaning activities
  • Adhere to hospitality standards to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
  • Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
