Full job description

Leopold's Tavern Osborne Village is looking for AWESOME PT Servers/Supervisors/Bartenders to join the Leo's Front of House team. Looking for a great team member with supervising experience will be preferred. What You’ll Be Doing

Specific Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and have an amazing Leo's experience every time they visit!
  • Consistent and organized.
  • Responsible for opening and closing/crossover duties depending on your shifts
  • Keep up to date on Leo’s specials, practices and communication with managers.
  • Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leo's brand standards of quality and specification.
  • Upselling to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Helping to maintain takeout and delivery excellence.
  • Creative freedom encouraged for menu items and merch.
  • Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN!

  • Experience preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
