Full job description

We are looking for a Full Time Dental Receptionist (Tue- Fri or Mon-Fri) to join our fun and friendly dental team.

Consider joining our team if you:

-are hardworking, organized, and a team-oriented person who is willing to learn

-have a minimum 1 year experience

-are someone who likes working in a fast paced and fun atmosphere

-enjoy providing great care to patients ( we have the privilege of treating many patients on a regular basis)

-have some experience dealing with implant/periodontal surgery and prosthodontic treatment (preferable but not mandatory as we are willing to to train staff and provide interesting dental treatments to learn from )

-have experience using ClearDent software which would be helpful but not mandatory (training videos are available)

-have experience answering phone calls, checking patient insurance coverage and sending private and CDCP claims, efficiently booking appointments to fill schedule, clearing balances from AR reports, etc.

-speak a second language (ideally Mandarin/Cantonese) which is preferable but not mandatory

-hourly pay rate will be determined based on experience, knowledge and skills after a working interview is conducted

About us:

-our main office in Vancouver is located in the Fairmont Medical Building (750 West Broadway, near Cambie) with easy access to transit and many restaurants/takeout establishments for lunch if needed (fridge and microwave available in staff room)

- parking available for staff if required

-we work every Wednesday at our Richmond office (11300 No. 5 Rd., across from Ironwood Shopping Plaza near Steveston Hwy , free parking available)

-Vancouver office has an on site gym and the Richmond office is close to walking and bike paths

-we work Monday-Friday (closed on holidays, evenings and weekends) and looking for Full Time Receptionist (4-5days, Mon/Tue- Fri) to work every Wednesday ( in Richmond office ) and other days (to be mutually agreed upon) in Vancouver office.

-extended medical benefit plan is available after probationary period
