Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator & Group Dining Manager to lead the planning, organization, and execution of memorable events and group dining experiences.   • Oversee setup and breakdown of events, ensuring cleanliness, safety standards, and timely execution.
  • Provide exceptional guest services during events by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client preferences for future reference and follow-up.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and group dining options through various channels.
  • Monitor budgets closely to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate event logistics smoothly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels, with a focus on event planning or group dining management.
  • Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
  • Demonstrated skills in upselling, negotiation, and effective communication to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures within a hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to promoting events and group dining offerings.
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hotel operations is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus.
