Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a vibrant food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a busy cafe, ensure food safety standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

  • Supervise daily cafe operations, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team
  • Oversee food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and optimal customer experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Interview prospective employees, participate in hiring decisions, and onboard new team members
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment in accordance with safety standards
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
