WE’RE HIRING! KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER House of Lager Brewing Company

House of Lager Brewing Company is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Prep Cook / Dishwasher to join our team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and is ready to help wherever needed in the kitchen.

Wage: $18.25–$20.00 per hour + tips
Employment: Part-time or full-time opportunities available

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for daily service, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning food.
  • Assist with basic food preparation and cooking as needed.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including workstations, floors, and dishwashing areas.
  • Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take out garbage and recycling and complete cleaning and closing duties.
  • Restock kitchen supplies and communicate when ingredients or cleaning supplies are running low.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and positive work environment.
