Full job description

As the Banquet Sales Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage the entire sales pipeline. You will be the face of our luxury venue, turning inquiries into high-dollar contracts. Unlike a corporate hotel chain, you will have the creative freedom to curate bespoke packages for ultra-high-net-worth clients and corporate executives. You will manage the client relationship from the initial site tour to the day-of execution, ensuring every detail aligns with our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Source 100% of sales leads through proactive business development, inbound marketing follow-ups, site tours, and local networking.
  • Bespoke Client Curation: Partner closely with our Executive Chef to design custom, high-end food and beverage menus that meet unique client preferences.
  • Contracting & Financials: Negotiate premium event contracts, manage deposits, detail precise Event Orders (EOs), and finalize event billing.
  • End-to-End Coordination: Guide clients seamlessly from initial inquiry through planning to day-of event execution, ensuring flawless delivery.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the venue at Toronto luxury bridal shows, tasting events, corporate mixers, and industry associations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the culinary and banquet operations teams to ensure client visions are executed perfectly on-site.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
