We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong background in the hospitality or food industry. Responsibilities-

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation - Oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence - Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards - Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and specials *Skills* - Proven experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant setting - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations - Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Experience in supervising kitchen staff is a plus If you are a dedicated culinary professional with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and leading a team, we invite you to apply for the Sous Chef position at our restaurant.
