Full job description

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff and expediting customers' orders as needed.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee the work of restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Train new employees on restaurant policies, customer service skills, and job duties.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages during busy periods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
