Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our restaurants consistently meet high standards of quality, safety, and service. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of each store in alignment with company SOPs.
- Prepare detailed monthly inspection reports, including scores based on performance standards.
- Coordinate with mystery shoppers to evaluate restaurant service experiences.
- Provide timely responses to internal inquiries from stores.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hot pot industry (preferred).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to start work early in the morning with excellent time management.
- Mandarin language skills considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
