Full job description

Richmond Station is a stopping place. A bustling neighborhood restaurant in Toronto’s downtown core. We are committed to delicious food and excellent hospitality. Richmond Station is a Hospitality Included restaurant and does not accept tips. All staff are paid a fair hourly wage.

We are looking to add one host to our team. The host is the first point of contact in the restaurant for our guests and the last person they see when they leave. The main objectives of this role are as follows:

- Ensure that everyone leaves the restaurant happy and wants to come back

- Fill the restaurant with as many reservations as possible

- Focus on relationships with guests and regulars

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Managing OpenTable reservation system, booking reservations, updating daily reservation reports, managing the flow of guests during service, managing coat check, maintaining the cleanliness of the host stand, maintaining the voicemail system.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
