Overview
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling food and transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately.
  • Process payments using POS systems.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Support restaurant operations during busy periods.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset.
