Career Opportunity

We are looking for an On-Camera Host to join our team and become the on-screen personality for our video content.

This is a newly created role supporting a new content project at Terminal Group. As the project develops, we are open to discussing the content volume, production schedule, and overall workflow based on the project's needs and the candidate's experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking naturally on camera. You will work closely with our Video Producer and other team members to create a variety of educational, lifestyle, promotional, and automotive-related videos for social media and other digital platforms.

What You Will Do

As an On-Camera Host, you will be the on-screen representative of Terminal Group, appearing in video content across our automotive businesses. You will work closely with the Video Producer and other team members to deliver natural, engaging, and informative content for social media and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Appear on camera for a variety of educational, lifestyle, promotional, and automotive-related video content.
• Present information, products, services, and experiences in a clear and engaging manner.
• Follow provided scripts, talking points, or direction during filming.
• Communicate naturally and confidently on camera.
• Work closely with the Video Producer during filming to ensure content is captured effectively.
• Participate in multiple takes or retakes when required.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence that represents Terminal Group and its businesses.
• Coordinate filming schedules with the Video Producer and other team members.
• Be prepared to learn about the vehicles, services, and topics featured in the content.

What Skills Do You Bring?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and natural presence on camera.
• Clear, engaging, and conversational presentation style.
• Native-level English proficiency, with the ability to speak naturally and comfortably to Canadian/North American audience.
• Strong awareness of local slang, expressions, social media trends, and cultural references.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Video Producer and other team members.
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable taking direction during filming.
• Good time management and punctuality.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

• Previous experience in video production or on-camera content creation is considered an asset.
• A portfolio showcasing previous on-camera work is highly preferred.
• Experience appearing in social media, promotional, educational, or lifestyle content is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with automotive content or a genuine interest in cars is a plus.
