The Role

As Floor Manager, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. You’ll lead shift execution, inspire the front-of-house team, and maintain impeccable standards of service, ambiance, and operational flow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Floor: Be a constant, commanding presence in the dining room and bar during peak hours, driving table touches, managing guest flow, and resolving issues instantly.
  • Lead & Mentor: Hire, train, schedule, and inspire a high-performing service team. Conduct energetic pre-shift briefings and ongoing on-the-job coaching.
  • Elevate Standards: Ensure table appointments, section setups, and service execution meet exact standards. Partner with maintenance and FOH leadership to keep the space immaculate.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage shift coverage, inventory, ordering, POS reporting, daily float deposits, and administrative shift duties seamlessly.
  • Build Culture & Connections: Cultivate regular guests, manage special event bookings on the floor, and build a positive, collaborative team culture built on high morale and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hospitality Experience: 3+ years of direct restaurant management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale setting.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to train, mentor, and direct floor staff while managing shift dynamics with grace under pressure.
  • Guest-Centric Mindset: Exceptional conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable guest moments.
  • Operational Acumen: Working knowledge of floor scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility & Drive: Ability to thrive in a dynamic night-and-weekend hospitality environment.
