Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. You will work closely with our team to maintain our high standards and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications for each dish
  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens
  • Ensure food quality by monitoring and maintaining proper cooking times and temperatures
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient stocking as needed
  • Communicate any equipment or ingredient issues to management promptly
